Answer: When you go to a specific product, like a shirt, there are other options available. If you click on "shirt options" you can choose the type of shirt that you would like to purchase. There are men's shirts, women's shirts, kid's shirts and shirts for babies. There is a fairly large selection to choose from.
Question: I love the design, but I really hate the size, where it is located, or the combination of images. What can I do?
Answer: When you go to a specific product, like a greeting card, there are other options available. We have made many products into templates so that all you have to do is type in your own text and purchase. But, if you want to be creative, you can click on "Customize". From there, you can move the images to where you want them, change their size, change the background color to whatever you would like, add text if there isn't already some, change the font of the text, and so much more.

Answer: Every so often, we miss a few products. If you find one that we are missing and would like it added, you can contact us and we will try to add it as soon as possible. There may be some designs that can not be added to certain products for various reasons.
Question: I love the design, but I can't see it on black shirts. What can I do?
Answer: Some designs are not made for black shirts. If you would like the design on a black shirt, you can contact us and we will add a white outline to the design and try to add it as soon as possible. There is also an option when you customize to make whites transparent, you would want to turn that off on all black shirts. You can find this in the "Advanced Options" for the image. Uncheck the box next to "Show whites in image as transparent (dark apparel) (?)".
Question: I am having problems with the postage stamps, there is a white space when I change sizes. What can I do?
Answer: Most stamps are made on the medium size. If there is a background color already being used, you must customize the default sized stamp before changing to a new size. That will ensure that the background color fills the whole stamp. If you are having other problems, you may need to make adjustments. You can change the background color and the color of the border. You can also adjust the size of the image, if needed.
Question: I ordered a poster and can't find a frame. What can I do?
Answer: When you order a poster you can choose to have it cropped down to standard sizes. If you don't want a standard size that you can buy a frame for, you can make your own frame or purchase a kit from craft stores to put together a frame that will fit. We do not create our images in standard sizes and you will need to adjust the settings on Zazzle to have it cropped to the size that you want. Here is a list of standard sizes:

Answer: We tag all of our products and designs with the word "mydeas". Just type mydeas in the search bar and you should find everything that we currently have available.
